Looks like a very weird storyline. Definietly NOT an animated series for kids.

Apparently she can play with time, so sort-of "sci-fi".

Undone trailer: First look at new animated series starring Rosa Salazar
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Amazon Prime Video has released the teaser trailer for their upcoming
genre-bending animated series Undone, offering us first look at Rosa
Salazar (Alita: Battle Angel) and Bob Odenkirk's animated realistic
versions of themselves. Set to debut sometime this year, you can check
out the Undone trailer below!

Trailer: (1min 2secs)

Undone is a half-hour animated dramedy that explores the elastic
nature of reality through its central character, Alma. After getting
into a near fatal car accident, Alma discovers she has a new
relationship with time and uses this ability to find out the truth
about her father's death. Also slated to join the cast is Angelique
Cabral (Life in Pieces) as Alma's younger sister.

Bob-Waksberg is known for creating the critically-acclaimed Netflix
series Bojack Horseman. Kate Purdy serves as writer and producer for
the show, most recently winning in the WGA Awards 2018 for her work
on the animated series.

Michael Esiner's Tornante Company with Noel Bright, Steven A. Cohen
and Tommy Pallota are producing, with Bob-Waksberg and Purdy taking
on executive producing duties. Dutch artist Hisko Hulsing is helming
the production design and animation work in the Netherlands.
Submarine, an Amsterdam-based studio, is co-producing the show, and
will be partnering with Austin-based studio Minnow Mountain to do
the animation under Hulsing.

I didn't notice any black lines around the outlines.

But I agree /A Scanner Darkly/ looks different.

Great film -- well, it should be: it is almost a literal transcription
of the original!
