That goes for everything from Frozen to Deadpool! The previously announced Wreck-It Ralph spinoff Slaughter Race and live-action Hunchback of Notre Dame movies, which were slated to be rated R, have now been bumped down to PG-13.

This does only go for new movies though. The upcoming home video release of Song of the South, which was previously going to be rated PG-13, will now be rated R in order to distinguish it from other Disney fare.

I don't care if they rate it NC-17 or XXX, so long as it isn't
bowdlerized.

No matter how much I may ... regret ... aspects of it as I watch.

And as far as I know, "Deadpool" remains with Fox, not Disney.

Oh, D'oh!

I totally forgot about the Fox purchase somehow.

Hmm. On the plus side, does that mean X-Men can come back to Marvel Studios
now?

I saw /The Darkest Minds/ yesterday.

Not bad for a YA flick.

And it would have made a /great/ X-Men reboot!

A YA flick? Would that, ya, be something that, ya, Bowzer would watch?

If he's going to watch/read "dishonest" fictional material, then YA is indeed what he'd go for.

I'm not trolling when I say that Family Guy is already as zombielike as Simpsons. Maybe forcing them not to be "edgy" would actually increase the creativity.

Nah, a PG FG would be a Dingo Pictures Simpsons.

Seriously? Are those live-action remakes made for adults? So the Hunchback of Notre Dame remake was going to be rated R and changing it to a PG-13? Song of the South rated R? This is so ridiculous.
