There was a second Duck Dodgers theatrical short. I've heard it was
made for Lucas to show in front of "The Empire Strikes Back", but even
though it reunited Jones and Maltese, it turned out to be awful and
Lucas didn't use it. It's been on Cartoon Network some, and is I think
on one of the Warner DVDs.

There was, actually...three, in fact. ^_^

The first sequel was Duck Dodgers and the Return of the 24œth Century,
broadcast as part of Daffy Duck's Thanks-for-giving Special back in the
80s.

The second sequel, Marvin the Martian in the Third Dimension, was released
in 1996 to select locations including the WB Store in Manhattan.

The third sequel, Attack of the Drones was made in 2003 and, along with
being broadcast on some networks, can be found (along with the other two)
on YouTube.

If you're interested, Marvin the Martian has made other appearances (ie in
episodes of Taz-Mania and Tiny Toon Adventures) and even had his own 3D
web-series for a while on the WB site. (The latter has long since vanished,
sadly)

In any event, I hope I answered your question.
