Non-troll me speaking...I think we should worry about REAL bullies, in schools or online, instead of worrying about attributing bullyhood to fictional characters. I also think people need to see Rudolph the way Dolly Parton said in her cover of the song: Santa seeing the true potential inside of Rudy in the end.

Then again, I think these types are seeing Santa as the version in Dean Martin's Rudolph...a Nazi.
