I think seasons 3-10 of The Simpsons are pretty much timeless. Season 2 and Season 11 are pretty good too, but Season 2 isn't quite as strong as when they reached their peak and Season 11 has some stinkers.

As for cartoons that haven't aged well I'll say I wish He-Man held up better. Loved the show as a kid, but watching it now things like the recycled animation and stuff get to me a bit.

I don't know about "aged well" ... the Simpsons haven't aged at all,
they all still look exactly the same, Bart and Lisa is still at school,
and Maggie is still sucking away on a dummy / pacifier. ;-)
